How to Pay with Crypto (NOWPayments)

1) Choose the crypto option

After clicking the Pay Now button, an invoice window will open.

2) Select your coin and network

Pick the asset you want to pay with (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH).

If a network choice appears (e.g., TRC20, ERC20, BSC), choose the one you actually use in your wallet.

Tip: Networks have different fees. Low‑fee examples are USDT‑TRC20 and BNB Smart Chain.

3) Review the invoice

You’ll see the exact amount, address/QR, and a countdown timer.

The timer shows how long the exchange rate is held for your invoice.

4) Send your payment

Open your wallet (app or exchange), choose Send.

Scan the QR or paste the address from the invoice.

Enter the exact amount shown on the invoice. Watchout for fees. For example, If the invoice is 9$ and fee is 1.5$ then you'll have to pay 10.5$.

If the invoice shows a Tag/Memo/Payment ID (for coins like XRP, XLM, BNB, EOS), you must include it.

Select the same network you picked on the invoice (very important).

Confirm and send.

5) Wait for confirmations

Keep the invoice page open. Most payments confirm within a few minutes (some networks can take longer).

Once confirmed, the page updates automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Your order/membership activates as soon as payment clears.

6) If the timer expires

If you didn’t send in time, just create a new invoice (go back and re‑select the crypto payment), then pay the new one.

DropDown: What to beware of (please read)

Correct Network Only: If you choose USDT‑TRC20, you must send via TRC20 (not ERC20/BSC). Wrong network = funds may be lost.

Include Tag/Memo when shown: Coins like XRP/XLM/BNB often require a Tag/Memo. Missing it can delay or lose funds.

Exact Amount: Send the exact amount shown. If your exchange charges a withdrawal fee, add that on your side so the received amount matches the invoice.

One Transaction Only: Don’t split into multiple small sends. Pay in one transaction per invoice.

Don’t reuse addresses: Each invoice has a unique address. Use it once only.

Very small orders: Tiny amounts can fail because of coin minimums or fees. If this happens, increase the order total or switch to a low‑fee network.

Rate timer: The crypto amount is locked only while the timer runs. If you send after the timer, the payment might be marked underpaid/expired.

Refunds: Refunds (when applicable) are sent in crypto, minus network fees, to the address you provide.

Security: Only pay to the address/QR shown on this checkout page. We never DM you for payment.

Drop down: Common questions

I paid, but the page still says “Pending”. What do I do?

Stay on the page for a few minutes; some networks take longer.

Check your wallet/exchange for the TXID/Transaction Hash.

If it’s confirmed on the blockchain but your order didn’t update, contact support and share your order number + TXID. Do not pay again.

I sent the wrong amount or paid after the timer.

The invoice may show underpaid/expired. Contact support with order number + TXID. We’ll help reconcile it.

Which coin should I use?

Any supported coin is fine. For lower fees and faster confirmation, many users choose USDT‑TRC20.

Can I pay from an exchange (Binance, OKX, etc.)?

Yes, but make sure you:

Choose the same network as the invoice,

Include Tag/Memo when required,

Send the exact amount after fees.
