1. How do I access the Simulations?

You can access the simulations directly from the Simulations page or by clicking Get Started on the Home page.

2. What features are available in the Free version?

Currently, the free version includes only one simulation from each topic along with its Packet Tracer Activity files. For more details, visit the Pricing page

3. How do I access my account?

You can access your Account via the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the header. On mobile devices, access it from the side menu by clicking the three lines in the top-right corner.

4. How do I edit my account?

To edit your account, click the Edit Profile button on your Account page.

5. How do I manage my memberships?

You can manage your subscriptions from the Current Memberships menu on your Account page.

6. What happens when membership expires?

When your membership expires, you will automatically be placed in the default-free triel, but your progress will be saved. Renewing your membership before it expires will grant you a special discount.
