Refunds and Returns

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are accepted only within the first 3 days of the purchase date for new members.
  • Users who have already availed of a refund in the past will not be eligible for subsequent refunds.

Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Technical Issues: If the user experiences persistent technical issues preventing access to the platform that cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund will be considered.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds will not be provided if:
    • The user has completed more than 10% of the practice simulations.
    • The request is made after 3 days of purchase.
    • The user has been previously granted a refund.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, users must contact our support team within the first 3 days of purchase.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-6 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds and Proration

  • As the premium membership is for a fixed duration of 2 months, partial refunds or prorated refunds are not offered beyond the 3-day eligibility window.
