Refunds and Returns

1. Merchant of Record

All payments for premium memberships are processed by PayPro Global, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is made through PayPro Global and is subject to their terms and conditions.


2. Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by submitting a request through our support team or PayPro Global’s customer support.

After a request is submitted:

  • We are given the opportunity to resolve the issue first

  • If unresolved within a reasonable time, PayPro Global will review the case


3. Digital Products & Usage

Our platform provides digital content (practice labs, tests, and files).

By purchasing and accessing the platform, you:

  • Consent to immediate access to digital content

  • Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation) may no longer apply once access has started

If a refund is requested:

  • You must stop using the platform immediately

  • Continued use after requesting a refund may violate applicable laws


4. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Our Policy)

For new users, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase

  • You have not completed more than 10% of the practice labs

  • No previous refunds were issued

  • No abuse or fraudulent activity is detected

This applies only to first-time purchases.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience serious technical issues that prevent access and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined if:

  • More than 10% of content has been used

  • The request is made after 30 days

  • You have already received a refund before

  • Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected


7. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Memberships are offered for fixed periods (e.g., 1 month, 3 months)

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled

  • You must cancel before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for unused time after renewal


8. Refund Processing

  • All refunds are processed by PayPro Global

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider


9. Final Decision

All refund decisions are subject to:

  • PayPro Global’s review and policies

  • Applicable consumer protection laws

  • Fraud and abuse checks
